I can't log in to my account

• You'll need your library card number and the same password you use to login to the library catalog. Please visit the library in person to reset your password, if needed.

Everything I want is checked out

• 3M: From the Categories tab, click on "Advanced Filter," then select "Show only books available to check out" and click "Apply."
• Overdrive: Enter a search into the box in the top-right corner. On the results page, click the "Available Now" button. Your search results will be narrowed to only show available titles.

I want to return an ebook

• In the 3M Cloud Library web portal or the mobile app, go to the My Books tab. Find the ebook you would like to return, and click the Check In button.
• Overdrive: Depending on your device, you may return books early through Adobe Digital Editions, your mobile app, or through Amazon's "Manage My Device."

What is the 'Windows Media Player Security Upgrade' and how do I complete it?

The Windows Media Security Upgrade is a process that must be performed before Windows Media Player will allow any DRM-protected files to be downloaded. A security measure, the security update identifies the copy of Windows Media Player with the computer on which Windows Media Player is being used. Publishers often require this sort of security in order to discourage the unlawful redistribution of digital content.

If you have not previously performed the security upgrade, the first time that you attempt to download DRM-protected content, OverDrive Media Console checks to see if you need to complete the security upgrade. If a security upgrade is needed, a message is displayed notifying you that in order to download and play DRM-protected content, you must first upgrade the security of Windows Media Player. Follow the instructions provided in the message to complete the security update.
